For years, Joyride (a division of Chase Entertainment) had the privilege of planning kids' birthday parties across Mumbai — jungle themes, candy themes, magic shows, mascots, balloon arches, and more birthday cakes than we can count. After a lot of thought, we've decided to close the party planning business.

To every parent who trusted us with their child's big day, and every entertainer, decorator and vendor who worked alongside us: thank you. It's been a genuinely joyful run, and the achievements, testimonials, photo galleries and theme pages on this site will stay up as an archive of that work.

So why keep the website?

Rather than let joyride.co.in disappear, we're turning it into a blog. Over the years of running events, we picked up a lot of practical knowledge about planning kids' parties — timelines, budgets, themes that actually work, how to brief entertainers, what tends to go wrong and how to avoid it. That knowledge is still useful even though we're no longer taking bookings, so we're going to write it down here.

Expect posts on things like:
